Position Summary

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Work effectively with other administrative assistants to complete workflow in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities


Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet and direct vendors, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls
  • Support general reception and day-to-day front office needs

Administrative Support

  • Perform filing, data entry, and recordkeeping tasks
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
  • Responsible to manage Accounts/Reps assigned.
  • Prepare and organize documents, records, and related materials

Communication & Coordination

  • Support communication between departments and team members, including both on-site and remote staff
  • Help manage assigned account representatives and related administrative tasks
  • Work collaboratively with other administrative assistants to keep workflow moving efficiently and accurately

General Office Support

  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness when handling office communications
  • Support other clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 1-2 years in Administrative Role
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Office environment within a manufacturing setting


Pay & Benefits

Pay range: $23.00 โ€“ $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
