Job Summary
The Sales Onboarding Specialist at Option Care Health, Inc. is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales team members, ensuring their rapid integration and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously improve a structured onboarding curriculum tailored to various sales roles within Option Care Health.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (virtual and in-person) covering company products, services, sales methodologies, CRM tools, compliance, and industry-specific knowledge.
  • Develop and update training materials, including presentations, user guides, playbooks, and e-learning modules.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership, product development, marketing, and human resources to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with company goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to new hires during their onboarding period, offering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new sales hires, addressing questions and facilitating a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Stay informed of industry best practices in sales training and onboarding to continuously elevate program quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a sales role within a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training sessions or company meetings.

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $53,339.06-$88,898.44
