Our high-performing team is looking for an Assistant Director of Operations.

The objective of this role is to execute the organizational strategy of Chick-fil-A Grandview Yard to grow the business in conjunction with maintaining high standards of procedures and cultivating a caring guest and team member experience. The Director role embodies character, chemistry, competency, and capacity. The Director works closely with the Owner and the General Manager to facilitate timely and effective decision making to ensure that we are always poised for growth.

The Director of Operations role is primarily responsible for overseeing the strategies and processes to grow sales and to facilitate an exceptional Back of House Culture - Focusing on food quality, food safety, and speed of service, while maintaining high levels of hospitality for all guests. The Director role is always looking for new ways to grow the business, develop emerging leaders, and execute systems with excellence.

Requirements/Responsibilities

The Director of Operations is responsible for:

Overseeing the Best-in Class Hospitality to Drive-Thru guests

Directing the daily operations of a quick-service restaurant

Ensuring that food safety and quality assurance standards are met

Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in addition to In-store and catering food preparation experience.

1-2 year of Leadership Experience

Exceptional organizational skills to manage an operation with many moving parts
