Job description

Position Available:  Vacation Rental Operations Manager

There is a seismic change happening in the apartment industry, a change that will create exciting new career paths for the few confident, capable leaders who can seize the moment.  Are you one of them?

The apartment industry and the dynamic new vacation rental industry are fusing, generating opportunities for creative visionaries.  The Platinum Experience is a leading Phoenix based vacation rental company with properties throughout the Phoenix metro area and Sedona/Flagstaff.  Our vision is to expand our reach in Arizona and beyond.  In order to do that, we are seeking to hire an experienced residential property manager to fill the position of Operations Manager for our Arizona portfolio.

Position Description:

Director of Operations:

        Manage, motivate and coordinate the success of each team member in the function of their daily duties

        Manage all vendor relationships including vetting of new vendors and ensuring compliance with all quality control metrics

        On-Boarding, meeting with new owners, property profiles, ensure technology in homes work (Nexia, Nest, Noise Aware)

        Manage the quality and timeliness of all guest related services including housekeeping ad integrity checks

        Ensure the timely completion of all scheduled preventative maintenance and pest control

        Prepare lease agreements for long term residents when needed

        Review and manage compliance with all quality assurance reviews.

 

Experience: 

If you are an experienced residential apartment manger or assistant manager who has embraced the multifaceted duties of your business, if you understand the importance of effective management, team building and customer service, we would like to meet you.

        Preferred experience of three years in residential property management or hospitality industry

        Licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent

        High school graduate

        Two years college experience preferred

Compensation:

        Base annual salary of $50,000 per year with the possibility of higher depending on experience.
