Position Description:
Serves as Executive Assistant for the Business Management Directorate (BMD), Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) Project Office providing administrative, analytical, and programmatic support to the Office of the Business Management Director and staff..
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Providing administrative, programmatic, and operational support, including but not limited to, providing regular administrative, knowledge management, and staff support.
โ€ข Coordinating and integrating Business Management (i.e., financial management, cost, and acquisition) functions across the directorate.
โ€ข Developing and consolidating information and data to build briefings for internal and external reviews.
โ€ข Reviewing and submitting of various documents into automated coordination and processing systems for action(s); coordination and tracking of PAE Staff Action Control Office (SACO) taskers to ensure closure.
โ€ข Reviewing and submitting Business Management documents in electronic document and routing systems for coordination and approvals.
โ€ข Managing the in-processing and out-processing of Business Management personnel.
โ€ข Serve as the BMD new employee coordinator with responsibilities to initiate and monitors actions required to request and on-board personnel using Hiring Board Request, (HBR) system and Access and Support Site Information (ATLAs) system.
โ€ข Coordinating with Knowledge Management activities on SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for proper document management and storage.
โ€ข Serve as the BMD Travel Coordinator with responsibilities for Defense Travel System management for the directorate.
Qualifications:
โ€ข Requires a Secret or higher DoD security clearance or have ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe.
โ€ข Bachelors' Degree and 9 years of experience or HS diploma and 13 years of experience.
โ€ข At least one year of experience developing travel requests in the Defense Travel System and coordinating travel for the organization.
โ€ข At least one year or more of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and other office automation applications (Sharepoint, Power BI).
โ€ข At least one year of experience organizing and developing briefing products and other written document for senior leaders in an organization.
โ€ข At least one of year of experience in managing documentation in automated coordination and processing systems for action for organizations.
โ€ข Knowledge/familiarity with artificial intelligence applications is a plus.
