Job description

One of our clients, a non-profit organization*, is seeking an administrative professional to support administration, meeting coordination, communications, and publication workflows. This role is well suited to an organized, resourceful self-starter who can manage detailed work accurately while balancing multiple priorities.


Core Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and collection of membership assessments under the direction of administrative leadership.
  • Plan and coordinate semiannual hybrid meetings, including preparing meeting materials, managing logistics, and distributing follow-up communications.
  • Provide administrative support for business development activities, including preparing materials and entering information accurately in systems such as Salesforce.
  • Maintain communications resources, including distribution lists; update and optimize website posts and pages; and provide members with website access credentials.
  • Maintain organized archives of relevant records and materials.
  • Support report production from draft through publication, including document preparation, formatting, proofreading, revisions, draft review, workflow tracking, and related correspondence.
  • Provide additional administrative support as requested by administrative leadership.



Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently as a self-starter and draw on resources both inside and outside the organization.
  • Resourcefulness and initiative in locating information and developing answers.
  • Close attention to detail and the ability to complete work accurately to a high standard.
  • Sound judgment in prioritizing and executing work with appropriate urgency.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills, including strong written and verbal communication.
  • General proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Salesforce.


Education & Experience

A four-year college degree is required.

Relevant administrative experience.

Excellent command of English, including the ability to compose letters, business documents, documentation, memoranda, and proposals, and to proofread effectively for grammar and spelling.



Compensation and Benefits

Final compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, role level, and geographic location. The position also includes a full benefits package.
