Who we are

Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Central Ohio, we’re a privately-owned, independent healthcare navigation organization. • Monitor network health, performance, and availability using CloudVision, firewall logs, and other monitoring platforms.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in change management processes, including risk analysis, backout planning, implementation steps, and post-change validation.
  • Work with vendors and support teams to resolve hardware, software, circuit, and platform-related issues.
  • Support incident response by isolating whether issues are network, firewall, endpoint, application, or authentication related.
  • Provide escalation support for service desk and infrastructure teams.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications)

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Arista EOS switching.
