House Manager / Nanny

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and caring House Manager/Nanny to support a busy household in Bellevue, WA. This role combines childcare for an independent 11-year-old boy, 5th grade with household management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, trustworthy, and able to keep the home running smoothly while providing a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.

Childcare & Family Support

  • Assist in preparation for the SSAT exam.
  • Assist with homework and encourage strong study habits.
  • Monitor school assignments, projects, and schedules.
  • Transport our son to and from school, sports, tutoring, and extracurricular activities.
  • Prepare nutritious snacks and meals.
  • Coordinate playdates and activities.
  • Provide a safe, caring, and positive environment.

Household Management

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and well-functioning home.
  • Laundry, folding, ironing (if needed), and changing bed linens.
  • Grocery shopping and household supply management.
  • Meal planning and family meal preparation.
  • Organize closets, pantry, storage areas, and household systems.
  • Keep common living areas tidy and organized.
