Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
  • Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for bulk user creation and routine management tasks.
  • Security: Knowledge of multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, and patching guidelines.
  • Experience: Typically requires a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science plus relevant enterprise administration experience.
Core Responsibilities
  • User & Group Management: Create, update, and delete user accounts, security groups, and organizational units (OUs).
  • Group Policy Objects (GPOs): Deploy, update, and troubleshoot GPOs to enforce security rules and desktop settings.
  • Access & Authentication: Support Kerberos and NTLM authentication, manage permissions, and resolve login issues.
  • Backup & Recovery: Perform routine backups of Active Directory databases and execute disaster recovery when needed.
