Responsibilities
  • Clean and detail new, used, and customer owned vehicles leaving the dealership.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
  • Move around powersports vehicles such as ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and watercrafts as necessary.
  • Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
  • Assist service technicians and service writers with work as needed.
  • Assist marketing with unit photos.
  • Check in new units delivered from warehouse.
  • Directly report any unit damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
  • Keep service dept clean and organized.
  • Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
  • Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
  • Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and can-do mentality.
  • Hardworking personality, shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Motorcycle endorsement and/or experience with motorcycles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to work full time Tuesdays-Saturdays.
