Job description

Senior Management AnalystPosition Overview
Advantech GS Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Management Analyst to support a federal enterprise application program. The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of the OST team, providing business process analysis, requirements management, governance support, and stakeholder engagement to improve mission-critical systems and operational workflows. This individual will work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective business and system solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate complex business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Gather, document, and validate business, functional, and system requirements in collaboration with government stakeholders.
  • Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business process documentation to support modernization initiatives.
  • Translate operational cemetery and burial processes into system, application, and workflow requirements.
  • Support requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Assist with Change Control Board (CCB) activities, including impact assessments and documentation.
  • Support Enterprise Architecture Governance Board (EAGB) processes and governance initiatives.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and action items while providing status reporting and mitigation recommendations.
  • Maintain project documentation, audit artifacts, and reporting deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support change management activities and stakeholder communications.
  • Utilize JIRA and other project management tools to track requirements, user stories, risks, and project progress.
  • Support program management with reporting, governance documentation, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in management analysis, business analysis, or project management.
Demonstrated experience in:

  • Business process analysis and improvement
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Process mapping and workflow analysis
  • Change management
  • Governance support
  • Cemetery, interment, mortuary-affairs, casualty-affairs, veterans’ records, or similar federal mission-system experience
  • Change Control Board and Enterprise Architecture Governance Board support
  • JIRA, requirements traceability, risk tracking, reporting, audit support, and stakeholder coordination
  • DoD 8140/8570 certification is recommended, although it is not currently identified as mandatory for this position
