Experienced Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Processor – In-Office Role (Davie, FL)

Are you a skilled mortgage professional ready to take ownership of loan files and help deliver seamless closings? We’re seeking a detail-driven Loan Officer Assistant or Mortgage Processor to join us in Davie. Experience with larger mortgage companies is a big plus!
What You’ll Do:

  • Own the process from application to closing—collecting documents, submitting files, and clearing conditions. 
  • Communicate proactively with all parties—borrowers, lenders, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers. 
  • Ensure deadlines are met and files run smoothly. 
  • Support overall operations and be the go-to person ensuring no detail slips. 
What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of mortgage processing or LOA experience, ideally with larger mortgage companies. 
  • Active NMLS license. 
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills—you take ownership and solve problems. 
  • In-office role in Davie, FL—team collaboration is key.
