- Respond to calls for light duty service
- Respond to calls for manufacturer based recalls and electrical diagnosis
- Service fleet accounts
Requirements
- Ford Motor Company certification - training available following hireÂ
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Detail-Oriented
- Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Excellent communication skills
