Job description

Position Title: Assistant Property Manager
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the day-to-day success of a thriving 253-unit residential community while working alongside a supportive and experienced leadership team. The Assistant Property Manager will be at the center of resident engagement, property operations, move-ins, move-outs, leasing support, and ensuring apartments are ready for new residents on schedule. No two days are the same, as you'll interact with residents, coordinate with vendors, and help keep operations running smoothly across two properties. Ideal candidates are proactive, service-driven professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture with strong opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.
Salary Range: $30.00 - $33.00 / Hour DOE
Responsibilities:
  • Manage resident relations and address inquiries
  • Oversee move-ins and move-outs
  • Post notices as required
  • Ensure timely and proper unit turnovers
  • Conduct apartment walks with prospective applicants

Requirements:
  • Experience in property management is a significant advantage
  • Possession of a car and a valid driver's license is required
  • A minimum of three years in residential multi-family property management with knowledge of EHO regulations
  • Proficiency in Yardi software is required
  • Bilingual skills are preferred

Benefits:
