Veteran owned general contractor is looking to add a senior PM to run healthcare and public projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-profile builds in a small business environment. All qualified applicants will receive a call in under 24 hours. Client Details This client is a highly respected general contractor known for their work in the healthcare, public, and commercial markets. As a veteran owned firm they have a strong relationship with the VA hospital, which allows them to work on large-scale and highly complex builds while maintaining their small company culture. Additionally, they pride themselves on a strong culture that has led to extremely high retention rates. Description Lead all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved. Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent projects. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, consultants, and owners to ensure seamless project execution. Administer contracts, negotiate change orders, manage RFIs, submittals, permits, and project documentation while ensuring contractual compliance. Monitor project costs, forecast financial performance, approve invoices, and implement cost-control strategies to maximize project profitability. Ensure compliance with healthcare, municipal, and commercial building codes, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance programs. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent delivery of exceptional project outcomes. Lead project teams by fostering collaboration, mentoring field personnel, mitigating risks, and driving successful on-time, on-budget project completion.
