Requirements
Requirements- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE ATLANTA, GA OFFICE (Old Fourth Ward Neighborhood)
โ€ข Master's degree from an AMA accredited school for Advanced Practice Providers.
โ€ข Current, active PA or NP licensure in Georgia is required.
โ€ข Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Board Certification (or board eligible)
โ€ข Active, non-probationary, unrestricted Georgia State License
โ€ข Active DEA license or eligibly to obtain
โ€ข 3+ years clinical experience in internal medicine or primary care practice setting.
โ€ข Technological proficiency-comfortable using EMRs and digital health tools to enhance care delivery
