Location: New York, NY (Midtown Manhattan)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Content Assistant to support to create content, provide creative vision and track campaign efficiency. This role focuses on content creation, scheduling, engagement monitoring, and basic digital marketing support. The position is based in-office in Midtown Manhattan and is suited for candidates interested in building experience in social media, content development, and digital marketing operations.

Social Media Assistant Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, schedule, and publish daily social media content across multiple platforms
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries as appropriate
  • Assist with content optimization using tags, keywords, and basic SEO practices
  • Manage content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer or similar platforms)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency
  • Support the development of blog posts, captions, and basic marketing copy
  • Design simple graphics and visual content using tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Assist with paid content efforts, including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
  • Track and report on engagement metrics as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the marketing team

Social Media Assistant Preferred Qualification:
