We have an immediate opening for an AdOps Coordinator in our Overland Park, KS office. 
 
Recent graduates encouraged to apply! This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to launch a career in media, advertising, marketing, or communications. If you're organized, curious, collaborative, and excited to learn how advertising campaigns are planned, executed, and optimized, this role offers hands-on experience and a strong foundation for future growth within the media industry.
 
This is a full-time position responsible for managing integrated media campaigns across a portfolio of hotel and destination accounts. MMGY media team members possess a strong curiosity to learn, are creative and collaborative thinkers to ensure the delivery of media solutions, and must have a drive to deliver maximum and efficient value for our client’s media investments. Knowledge across digital, traditional, social and B2B channels is preferred. MMGY is looking for a collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and aptitude for learning more about data-driven marketing.
 
The key duties of this role include day-to-day responsibility for setting up and trafficking advertising campaigns and implementing campaign optimizations. This role is foundational for all other media roles and will provide visibility into how media is set up, managed, and reported on for client success.
 
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
 
Campaign Oversight & Management:
 
• Assist media managers with spec collection and campaign kick-off needs
• Work with media manager and planner on launch strategy
• QA and troubleshoot campaign launch and delivery issues 
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure campaigns launch on time and accurately 
• Ensure campaigns pace appropriately/correctly
• Assist with ongoing KPI optimization with vendors
• Own creation and implementation of all tags, trafficking via a third-party ad server
• Collect and verify all digital assets for campaign execution; proofing digital assets from a technical aspect to ensure assets meet vendor spec requirements
• Responsible for properly setting up all components of a campaign including but not limited to the use of
⁃ proper naming conventions
⁃ creative testing and rotation
⁃ measurement tools
⁃ ad verification pixels
• Responsible for compiling data needed for ongoing optimizations and monthly reports
• Aids in vendor communication and meeting collaboration for ongoing industry knowledge
 
Key Experience & Skills Needed:
 
• 0-1 years experience working within analytics, media, or data (Internship experience is great!)
• Detailed-oriented attention to detail is extremely important
• Strong Excel skills and numerical ability – you should be able to interpret data and spreadsheets quickly
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working on multiple tasks and projects at once
• Resourcefulness: strong ability to look for answers and solutions
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
