Pépinière Tricalyx est à la recherche d’un(e) Assistant(e) Master Grower expérimenté(e), proffesionnel(le) et passionné(e) par la culture horticole en environnement contrôlé et capable de superviser l’ensemble des opérations de culture de la production courante végétative. Le candidat possède une solide expérience pratique de minimum de 2 ans dans une entreprise de production horticole en environnement contrôlé. Responsabilités principales Planifier, coordonner et superviser toutes les étapes de culture de la production courante végétative. Assurer la santé, la qualité et la performance des plantes selon les standards établis. Encadrer, former et soutenir l’équipe de culture au quotidien. Optimiser les processus, identifier les améliorations possibles et assurer une progression continue. Gérer les paramètres environnementaux, les intrants, les cycles et les calendriers de production. Collaborer avec la direction pour assurer la conformité, la qualité et l’efficacité des opérations. Exigences Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire (Master Grower, assistant Master Grower, Responsable d'équipe de production) dans une entreprise horticole. Formation pertinente en horticulture, agronomie, production végétale ou domaine connexe (un atout). Excellente compréhension des bonnes pratiques de culture en environnement contrôlé. Leadership naturel, autonomie, débrouillardise et sens de l’organisation. Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, en croissance et axé sur la qualité.
