Job description

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager, in coordination with the General Manager, is responsible for overseeing the operations of a Dominos store(s) in a manner that will achieve profit objectives, provide customer satisfaction and maintain an invigorating and stimulating work environment for all employees. It is the responsibility of the Assistant Manager to utilize sound principles to maximize store profitability and value in accordance with goals of the Company.

This is a hands-on position requiring regular presence in the store. This position cannot be fulfilled remotely and the employee must be able to work the hours assigned. The Assistant Manager is responsible for utilizing strong interpersonal skills and good business judgment to balance the needs of the staff with the business interests of the Company. The Assistant Manager, in coordination with the General Manager, is expected to achieve optimal productivity from its staff and to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. In addition, the Assistant Manager is responsible for enforcing and upholding all Company policies.
