We're looking for awesome Assistant Managers to join our team!


The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in managing the restaurant including restaurant profitability, staffing, people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image and culture. In the absence of the general manager, the Restaurant Assistant Manager performs all managerial duties. They report to general managers and directly supervise all restaurant team members. Our ideal candidate is someone with previous management experience, a desire to learn and grow, and an excitement about providing GREAT service.

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service environment.
  • Previous experience in management required
  • Ability to read, listen to, and follow directions, communicate with English speaking guests, and count change as required.
  • Ability to maintain stationary position (e.g. standing) for extended periods of time – constantly
  • Ability to move around the store to attend to the needs of guests and team members – constantly
  • Ability to position self to move items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to shelves and to cabinets above and below counter height – frequently
  • Ability to position self to reach items under counter height – occasionally
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to commercial cleaning solvents – frequently
  • Ability to move, lift and handle equipment, supplies and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds – frequently
