Taco John's is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager to join our team! Our Assistant Manager brings great success to our company by providing support to the general manager and ensuring the quality of all aspects of our restaurant. This position is ideal for someone with a solid background in a restaurant management position and who is looking to grow their career with a fantastic company.


Located at: 1250 E Army Post Rd, Des Moines, IA


Our Assistant Manager earn a competitive starting wage range, depending on experience, and have the opportunity to make up to an additional $300 per month in performance bonuses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT MANAGER / RESTAURANT MANAGER

The Assistant Manager plays a very crucial role in the success of our restaurant. You will be a huge support for our General Manager as you assist them in ensuring that we have high-quality food, service, and sanitation. To keep food preparations in line with safety standards, you double check all food temperatures. You will keep the restaurant clean, organized, and inventoried at all times.

Your excellent communication skills shine through as you train employees and make sure that our loyal customers are receiving the best customer service possible while visiting our restaurant. At times, you need to follow up and resolve any issues with customers in a timely manner. Your attention to detail, great leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers to create repeat business ensures your success as the Assistant Manager.


WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule which includes nights and weekends.
