Gibbs Oil Company is looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our convenience store location. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a well-maintained store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with overseeing store operations, including cash management and inventory control.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Supervise and train staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
