ASSISTANT MANAGER

What you will be doing . . .

  • Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through execution of delivering AMAZING drinks, AMAZINGLY fast, and creating the Scooter’s AMAZING customer service experience
  • Assists the store manager in managing a profitable store, reviewing controllable expenses, and monitoring labor costs.
  • Support ongoing performance feedback and development for staff members, in partnership with the Store Manager
  • Contribute to store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and by managing expenses
  • Maintain awareness of daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports
  • Maintain final accountability for store operations including ordering, scheduling and inventory counts.
