ABOUT THE JOB
Assistant managers are put on an accelerated path to start managing shifts within 28 days and a monthly class is held to continue training and development. All our store GMs start as AMs. AMs develop others around them to create an enviroment that allows pizzas to be made and delivered, quickly, safely, accurately, and to the highest quality. The best AMs can qualify to become salaried and progress to being GM ready when the opportunty arrives.
Starting pay for AMs is $15 per hour and increases with performance and acheived goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
General job duties for all store team members
  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
  • Have a food handler's permit and understand proper sanitation procedures.

Additional duties and requirements for AMs are
  • Flexible schedules and availabilty for days and nights.
  • Available to assist other locations when needed.
  • Stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
  • Access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license.
  • A great role model - you're the person everyone will look to.
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.

Essential Functions/Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
    In addition: staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
