Job description

Kidd Valley Hamburgers, the home of delicious made-to-order burgers and classic hand-mixed shakes, is now hiring full-time Assistant Managers for our quick-service location in Kenmore at 6434 Bothell Way Northeast. These Assistants will work with the rest of the management team to oversee operations, hire and train staff, maintain Ivar's standards, and ensure unit profitability.
The pay for this position will include an hourly wage between $25.00 and $27.00 and a potential monthly bonus based on the restaurant's performance.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and must have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, an outgoing personality, a strong work ethic, and flexible availability. For those who perform well and demonstrate a desire to take on additional responsibility, this opportunity could result in a pay raise and promotion to General Manager.
For the manager hired, Ivar's premium benefits package includes:
