Job description

Assistant Manager
Be the right hand to the General Manager and help lead the restaurant to daily success through strong leadership and hands-on teamwork.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations
  • Lead and coach team members to meet performance goals
  • Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly
  • Enforce safety, sanitation, brand standards and company policies
  • Supervise team members and assign shift tasks
  • Ensure quality, speed, and service standards are met
  • Open or close the restaurant based on schedule
  • Handle cash deposits and shift paperwork
  • Resolve minor issues and escalate when needed
  • Promote teamwork and a positive work environment

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass background check
