Job description

Guest Vehicle Services

This position assists with picking up and dropping off guest vehicles and loaner vehicles out of town. This is a 1099 position. You can accept drives based on availability.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the pickup and drop off of dealer loaner vehicles for when the customer's vehicle is needed for service.
  • Will operate app-based programs to receive their daily assignments for pickups and drop off.
  • Operate company vehicles safely to perform scheduled customer pickup/deliveries
  • Complete Willis Automotive cleaning standards to all customer and guest vehicles.
What We Need From You:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
