As a key member of our retail team, you will assist customers with their security needs, recommend products and services, and ensure a positive experience with every visit. Our stores operate Monday through Saturday, offering a dynamic and supportive workplace where your contributions make a real difference.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain a locksmith license and perform locksmith services (paid training provided)
  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services
  • Answer customer questions about specific products and services
  • Conduct price and feature comparisons to help customers make informed decisions
