Customer Support Agent — Fort Lauderdale, FL (In-Office) We're looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Support Agent to join our team at our Fort Lauderdale office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and making sure every interaction ends on a positive note. What you'll do: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional manner Guide customers through our services step by step and answer account-related questions Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team Accurately document customer interactions in our ticketing system Follow company procedures for account verification and data handling Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues to help improve our processes What we're looking for: 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality, or similar) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure Comfortable learning new software and systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable and punctual — this is an in-office position Details: Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (in-office) Schedule: Full-time Compensation: $25/hr
