Position Summary
As a Shift Leader at Milton Restaurant Group, you'll help lead daily restaurant operations while creating a positive experience for both guests and team members. You'll support the General Manager and Assistant Manager by leading shifts, coaching team members, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service. What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred
- Food Handler Certification
- Experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system preferred
