Join to apply for the Assistant Store Leader (Assistant Manager) role at 7‐Eleven . We're hiring immediately. This full‐time position offers valuable management experience with competitive pay.

Responsibilities

Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity. Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs. Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program. Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and products are in stock. Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
