Job description

Pittsburgh (South Hills) area law firm is in need of a part-time Administrative Assistant.


Duties to include:

  • Preparation of business correspondence and documents
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Answer incoming calls/meet and greet visitors
  • Data entry of billable hours
  • A variety of related general office support duties


Requirements:

  • Previous like admin/office support experience (within a law firm is a plus)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player


NOTE: This is a 20-24 hours per week position.
