MD Dynamic Assist Family Medicine is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physician Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The selected Physician Assistant will work onsite at our modern surgical center located in the heart of Miami, Florida. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and resources, creating a conducive environment for patient care and professional collaboration. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes patient-centered care in a supportive and energetic clinic atmosphere.

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of patients, including taking detailed medical histories and performing thorough physical examinations to evaluate their health status.
• Formulate diagnostic inquiries and establish appropriate medical diagnoses, collaborating closely with supervising physicians to optimize patient care plans.
• Identify, manage, and treat prevalent acute and chronic illnesses in an outpatient clinical context, ensuring that patients receive timely follow-up care and referrals when needed.
• Develop customized treatment plans in conjunction with our physicians, while maintaining the flexibility to adjust protocols based on patient responses and evolving healthcare standards.
• Order, interpret, and advise on results from a variety of laboratory and diagnostic tests, including but not limited to blood panels, EKGs, and imaging studies, integrating findings into patient management strategies.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in compliance with organizational protocols and healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, and necessary lifestyle adjustments to foster a culture of wellness within the community.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure each patient receives coordinated and holistic care, facilitating referrals to specialists as necessary.
• Participate in therapeutic procedures and follow best practices in clinical care while upholding confidentiality and patient privacy in accordance with legal standards.

You will primarily serve medically underserved populations in Miami, encompassing a wide array of demographics and healthcare needs. This provides an opportunity to impact individual lives and improve community health outcomes. • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited physician assistant program.
• At least two years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting.
• Current licensure and certification to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Florida.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with patients and their families.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in clinical decision-making.

While not mandatory, experience in family medicine, pediatrics, or community health will be advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also desirable, as you will use these to document patient care and communicate with the healthcare team.

MD Dynamic Assist Family Medicine offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
