Job description

Position Summary: Records payments to customers' accounts and maintains accounts receivable records by performing the following duties.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Post customer payments to the accounts receivable ledger in JDE.
  • Process daily credit card payments.
  • Files check stubs and bank receipts.
  • Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
  • Research and processes charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
  • Assist with related special projects, as required.
  • Process payments as required.
  • Create new customer records in our ERP environments

About you:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or accounting. 
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • JDE software.
