Job description

You In This Role are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting warehouse

operations, and ensuring material availability across manufacturing and fulfillment activities. This role works

closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to support inventory accuracy, ERP

transactions, cycle counts, and material flow within a fast-paced manufacturing and fulfillment environment.

A Day in the Life
As a Logistics Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring materials and products move efficiently throughout the supply chain while maintaining inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Your day may include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries, resolving transportation issues, monitoring inventory, and supporting production and customer fulfillment activities. You'll work closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to keep operations running on schedule.
You will also help ensure compliance with company policies, shipping regulations, import/export requirements, and documentation standards while maintaining accurate records across ERP and logistics systems.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organization, urgency, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What You'll Do

Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse, production, and fulfillment locations

 Execute daily inventory transactions within ERP/WMS systems including NetSuite and SkuVault

 Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities

 Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and transaction variances

 Support inbound receiving, put-away, and material staging processes

 Coordinate material transfers between production and fulfillment locations

 Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or replenishment requirements

 Assist with kitting, BOM validation, and production material allocation

 Generate inventory reports and support KPI tracking

 Maintain organized warehouse locations, labeling, and traceability controls

What You Bring

 2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience

 Experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting

 Manufacturing, electronics, or fulfillment experience preferred

 Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience preferred
