Assistant Controller $115,000-$135,000 base salary (depending on experience) Tempe, AZ (Hybrid - 1 Day On-site) Vaco has partnered with a respected company that is looking for their next Assistant Controller. This role offers a significant work-life balance and competitive compensation package. The Assistant Controller will oversee month-end close, ensure compliance with GAAP, and manage key accounting functions, including AP, AR, and financial reporting.

Maintain and enforce accounting policies to mitigate financial risks. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with GAAP.

Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and cost accounting. Supervise inventory controls and intercompany transactions for accuracy.
