We’re looking for a dependable and organized agent to assist in our busy, fast-paced reservations department to help support our Reservations Manager. As one of our friendly and competent agents, you will be the voice of our brand, responsible for smooth coordination between reservations, maintenance appointments, and our housekeeping department so that we can continue delivering unparalleled service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exemplary customer service while supporting the reservations team during peak booking periods and year-round.

  • Answer guest questions about rental procedures and policies, assist with changing reservation dates, and address guest concerns concerning their properties.

  • Support the Reservations Manager with routine reports for coordinating upcoming reservations department and related vendors.

  • Act as liaison between reservations, maintenance, and housekeeping departments.

  • Assist with the setup of new rental homes' utilities.

  • Gain a thorough knowledge of company rental inventory, policies, procedures, and local community resources.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and follow-through.

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

  • Saturdays are required for this position; however, you will have two consecutive weekdays off.

  • Proficiency in computers and ability to learn new software.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly: $16.00 / hr
