As part of our Event Staff team, you'll play a key role in creating safe, fun, and memorable experiences for athletes and guests from around the world. From setup to tear-down-and everything in between-you'll help keep events running smoothly while being part of something bigger than yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Welcome guests with a positive, service-minded attitude.
  • Assist lead coaches, trainers, and group directors throughout their events.
  • Support visiting coaches or trainers with first aid needs as required.
  • Observe and report safety hazards or facility issues.
  • Communicate with the team using established protocols (e.g., GroupMe).
  • Monitor campus communication and weather alerts.
  • Complete event checklists, including setup, tear-down, cleaning, and security.
  • (Seasonal) Coach, supervise, and engage with minors during summer camps (including drills, snack/water breaks, and activities).
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
