We are seeking an experienced and motivated Social Media Assistant
(International-Focus)
to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of the brand's international growth, including but not limited to content strategy, video production, and digital monetization in our key regions, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives. What You Will Do:
  • Create and maintain content across Weibo, Weibo, Xiaohongshu (Red) and Instagram
  • Shoot and edit day-to-day content, including short-form video
  • Conduct basic data analysis on social media performance, follower behavior, and industry trends
  • Conduct independent research on industry trends and the broader landscape
  • Prepare briefs and presentation decks (PPT) summarizing findings and content plans
  • Liaise and coordinate with external agency partners on content planning, including for major campaigns
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with colleagues across different departments within the company
What We Need from Our Social Media Assistant:
  • 1+ year of social media management experience (experience supporting holiday/seasonal content campaigns a plus)
  • Proficiency with editing software required; photography/videography experience required, Sony camera experience preferred
  • High level of professionalism, including the ability to handle highly confidential content and information with discretion
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English required; conversational Spanish a strong plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects within a given timeframe
  • Ability to conduct research independently
  • Goal- and KPI-driven mindset, with a strong preference for using data to support reasoning and decisions
Experience/ Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience working with a brand, agency, athlete, or sports team preferred
Ability to work locally on-site in Phoenix preferred
