What You'll Do

As Recruiter, you will partner with leaders across Vetter Senior Living to understand hiring needs, source and engage strong candidates, and provide a warm, professional, and responsive candidate experience from first contact through selection.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, staying organized, and helping leaders select the right people for roles that truly matter.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Recruit for Home Office, Administrator, and select operational leadership positions such as - - - - Director of Nursing, MDS Coordinator, Infection Preventionist, Culinary Coordinator, Chef, and other key roles.
Assist with harder-to-fill positions throughout the organization.
Build strong talent pipelines through referrals, networking, social media, professional associations, job boards, and direct sourcing.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand position needs, priorities, and culture fit.
Screen, interview, assess, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.
Promote Vetter Senior Living as an employer of choice and represent our Mission, Vision, and Values in every interaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, educational partners, and community organizations.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Three to five years of successful recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience recruiting professional and leadership positions, preferably in healthcare.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, social media platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel periodically to Vetter Senior Living communities and recruiting events as needed.
