Job description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator in Training to join our growing team at Martin Chevrolet GMC. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in collision repair, customer service, and insurance estimating.
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and want to learn the body shop side of the automotive business, we will train the right person.
What You'll Do
  • Learn to inspect vehicle damage and assist with repair estimates
  • Work with insurance companies and customers throughout the repair process
  • Help prepare estimates using industry software
  • Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts departments
  • Assist with supplements and additional repair approvals
  • Maintain accurate files, photos, and documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service from drop-off to delivery
  • Learn dealership and manufacturer repair standards

What We're Looking For
