Lennar Mortgage's Marketing Department is seeking a Copywriter & Communications Project Coordinator to support the Company through various related responsibilities. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, professional, supportive, and eager to learn. This role provides excellent growth opportunities to build and iterate on Internal Communications, exposure to key company initiatives, and a wide variety of internal and external copywriting possibilities

Your Responsibilities on the Team

Reports to Marketing Manager and works closely with all members of the Marketing Department

Lead our Internal Communication strategy and transformation

Responsible for planning and executing various ongoing internal communications initiatives and outputs to support the Company

Work closely with Graphic Designer(s) to craft engaging copy for a variety of content types - email campaigns, newsletters, sales collateral, blogs, and more

Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative internal communication campaigns

Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future communication strategies

Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns

Your Toolbox

1-3 years of Copywriting experience in a corporate environment

1-3 years of project coordination with cross-functional teams

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Journalism

Excellent communications and relationship building skills

Effective organizational and presentation skills with attention to detail

Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Marketing computer software and online applications (Trello, Stripo, CRM tools, Sprinklr, etc.) preferred.
