**Job Summary:**
Brightway Insurance is seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to work remotely in Texas. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for lead generation, providing exceptional customer service, analyzing insurance needs, and recommending suitable insurance policies to clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze clients' insurance requirements and offer appropriate recommendations
- Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions clearly to clients
- Aid clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and policy modifications
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate policy terms and conditions
**Minimum Qualifications:**
- Must possess a valid Texas Property and Casualty resident insurance license
- Current residency in Texas
- 1+ years of experience in outside Insurance Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in outside Insurance Sales
- Extensive experience in community networking, building referral partnerships, and lead generation
**Compensation:**
- Guaranteed Base Pay: $35,000 annually, PLUS commission
- Projected 1st year total earnings ranging from $85K to $95K+ through a combination of base pay and commission
