About Keith Mays - Regional Director of The Carolinas: 
Keith considers himself the luckiest man alive, blessed with a beautiful family of four children, including a 12-year-old son and 10-year-old triplet girls. Married to his wonderful wife and best friend, Jean, Keith's life revolves around family and a shared love for outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, kayaking, camping, and golf. The majority of their time is devoted to supporting their children's sports and activities, emphasizing the importance of family bonds.
With a background in the 82nd Airborne as a Linguistic Interrogator, Keith transitioned into the insurance and financial services industry, driven by a passion for helping people and achieving personal goals. Drawing inspiration from Zig Ziglar's philosophy, he believes in attaining fulfillment by assisting others in reaching their aspirations. Over his 23-year career, Keith has navigated various roles in field distribution and corporate executive leadership. However, he finds his true calling close to the agents, where he can attract talent, nurture their development, and help them realize their dreams. 
Role Responsibilities:
  • Member Consultation: Meet with client members to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of client members through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed business development goals.
