Job description

Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business growth by engaging potential clients over the phone, understanding their insurance needs, and guiding them through the quoting and sales process. This is a performance-based role for motivated individuals looking to build a rewarding career in insurance sales. With the right attitude and training, this role can quickly lead to a Licensed Sales Producer position.

Licensing Requirements

Candidates are preferred to hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license. However, non-licensed candidates are encouraged to apply. We provide training, support, and guidance to help qualified individuals obtain their insurance license and begin a successful career in the industry.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads provided by the agency or acquired through marketing efforts.

Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads.

Educate prospects on auto, home, and other insurance products.


Collect information to generate quotes and prepare proposals.


Set appointments for licensed agents or assist in the closing process if licensed.


Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in CRM systems.


Meet daily/weekly sales activity goals (calls, quotes, appointments).


Begin or complete licensing requirements for General Lines P&C and Life & Health, if not yet licensed.


Requirements

Proven experience in sales, call center, or customer-facing roles.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Confident, persistent, and goal-oriented.


Able to handle rejection professionally and keep a positive attitude.


Organized with excellent follow-through.


Bilingual (English/Spanish)
