Compensation & Benefits:
  • Target total compensation $60,000-$90,000 per year (base + uncapped commission) Additional incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed.

Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls and quote home, auto, and life insurance

Requirements:
  • Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Prior Allstate experience is a major plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through
  • Confident, coachable, and resilient attitude
