Reporting to the Director of Corporate Security, responsibilities would include:

  • Conduct internal investigations involving theft, fraud, threats, trespassing and harassment and discrimination
  • Focus on operations, information gathering and contact development
  • Build and maintain a networked web of information in order to proactively reduce risk to customer operations
  • Internal incident management and reporting
  • Assist in developing initiatives to protect the organization's facilities, properties, and employees
  • Regular meetings with the Management team of the Corporate Divisions to update on possible risks and what corrective action is taking place

  • 10 to 15 years experience in Law enforcement or related field
  • Previous knowledge of camera systems / CCTV systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills  
  • Presentation of training modules
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to present to the highest level of the organization and groups across/outside the organization
  • Ability to travel throughout the network and on call with a flexible work schedule and ability to work in a high pace environment
  • Avid outdoors enthusiast with experience using ATV's and snowmobiles would be an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver's License
