You as aSuperintendent will:

• Provide overall construction management including design, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Project Manager, Subcontractors, Owners, Engineers and Architects.
• Manage work on site to ensure the compliance of construction with the drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
• Plan and implement schedules, determine manpower levels and material quantities, ensure proper equipment and trades are available as required.
• Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team's ongoing progression.
• Advise the Project Manager and senior management of potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving these problems.
• Mentor project team members to ensure career growth and development.
• Be jointly responsible to monitor, interpret and forecast a project's cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.

Is this the right role for you?

• You have a construction related degree or certification and 10+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience working on large commercial projects (Design Build, P3, Residential, Institutional and Airport).
• You have an advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings.
• You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, produce workable solutions and lead a large team to successful completion.
• The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000
