Work Environment

This role is an onsite position within our hospital, where you will work within a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet satisfying work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists to administer treatments, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and various modalities as outlined in patient plans of care.
  • Provide hands-on assistance during patient activities, functional exercises, and mobility training, observing and adapting to individual patient needs and progress.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinic guidelines.
  • Educate patients and their families about exercise protocols, the use of assistive devices, and self-care techniques that facilitate better recovery.
  • Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout all treatments, providing reassurance and support to individuals as they engage in rehabilitation activities.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and make recommendations for ongoing care improvement.
  • Assist in the overall operation of the clinic, including maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Facilitate communication among patients, families, and staff to ensure clarity regarding treatment objectives and progress expectations.
